"She Got A Nose Job" originally appeared on the MAD Twists Rock 'n' Roll album, released in 1962. A one-sided paper flexi-record of the track appeared in the 5th annual edition of The Worst From MAD. In 1963, Fink Along With MAD was released on Big Top Records, which included the track "She Lets Me Watch Her Mom And Pop Fight," which was also included as a paper flexi-record in the 6th annual edition of The Worst From MAD. The album also included "It's A Gas" (also the flexi-record in the 9th annual edition of The Worst From MAD).
